Larry was called to pastor Crossroads Baptist Church in June of 1993. He has led Crossroads to become a family of believers committed to sharing the hope we have in Jesus Christ and encouraging one another in love. Larry focuses on Christ-centered worship and practical Bible teaching. He has a passion for missions which has led Crossroads in sharing God's love with people in our community and around the world.
Larry is a native of Missouri. He received his Bachelor's degree in Religion in 1977 from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. He also earned a Master of Divinity degree in 1990 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Larry is married to Vicki, and they have two daughters.

Calvin Pearson joined the Crossroads pastoral staff in the summer of 2011. He and his wife Jan have been married for more than 35 years and have three grown children. He comes to us with 40 years of ministry experience including: directing and acting with the AD Players; pastoring in Texas and Michigan; and teaching at Dallas Seminary, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Southwestern Baptist Seminary. The Lord provided his education through Houston Baptist University, Southwestern Baptist Seminary, Dallas Seminary, Gordon Conwell Seminary, and University of Texas at Arlington. As Associate Pastor he assists Pastor Larry in leading, preaching, Men’s Ministry, and other pastoral ministries.

John joined the Crossroads staff in January 2004 as the Church Administrator. Prior to joining Crossroads, John worked in the telecommunications industry for 18 years in financial management, facilities management and operations. He also served as a Chief Financial Officer for over 5 years. At Crossroads, John's responsibilities include finance and budget, communications, technology, church database administration, human resources and facilities management.
John received a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Management from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification. John is married to Mary Elizabeth and they have two daughters.

Rocky Gillmore, Worship Pastor (email)
Rocky surrendered to full-time ministry in 1995, and he has been a part of the Crossroads staff since October 1995. Prior to joining Crossroads, Rocky worked in the corporate world as a CPA and attended a large church in the Houston area where he was deeply involved in the music ministry. On several occasions, Crossroads invited Rocky to lead music. God placed a love in his heart for the church even before he surrendered to full-time service. Through prayer and seeking God's will for his family, it was obvious that Crossroads was where God wanted Rocky and his family to plant their lives and do Kingdom work.
Rocky earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from West Texas State University. Rocky is married to Sue, and they have two daughters and a son.

Stan Sullinger, Discipleship and Assimilation Pastor (email)
Stan joined the Crossroads staff in August of 2004. After working in church ministry for 30 years and serving in three wonderful churches with long histories and many meaningful traditions, Stan was motivated by the prospect of helping a younger church establish discipleship and assimilation ministries that would compliment the traditions of love and caring that Crossroads Adult Bible Fellowships and Home Groups are known for. Our new church facility, along with our tradition of transparent connection, points to a bright future for Christ here in The Woodlands area.
Stan received a B.A. in Church Recreation from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO and a M.R.E. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. Stan also earned his Certification in Gerontology from Baylor University in Waco, TX. He is married to Kima and they have a daughter and a son.

Dana Kawata, Preschool Minister (email)
Dana joined the staff in April 2007, as the Preschool Minister, after having served previously on the Crossroads staff as Mother’s Day Out Director. She felt God’s call to enter into full-time Ministry and feels so blessed to be ministering to the Crossroads Little Kids and their families.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Dana is a graduate of Baylor University, with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Management. Dana is married to Makio and they have three children.

Shondarius joined the Crossroads staff in August 2016 after previously serving four years in camp ministry. Shondarius believes his calling is to come alongside families to help raise this next generation to be leaders that make global impact for the Kingdom of God. Shondarius is originally from Anderson, SC and studied Christian Studies at Anderson University.

Vicki joined the Crossroads staff in August 1998. She feels God was so gracious to allow Larry and her to be a part of Crossroads from its beginning days. She is thankful that He has blessed Crossroads with people who have loving hearts, a clear call to missions, and a desire to disciple believers in their walk with the Lord. Vicki's joy is joining hands with others in serving Him.
Vicki earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from Baylor University. She is married to Pastor Larry and they have two daughters.
Justin Dancer, Missional Living Pastor (email)
God led Justin to be a part of the Crossroads family in August of 2014. He is married to Jennifer and they are blessed with 3 amazing children: Josiah, Paul, and Leah. Justin has a heart for church planting and for the unreached in The Woodlands and beyond to experience the life that only Christ can offer. Originally from Livingston, TX, he planted a great church in Rapid City, South Dakota, called Hills of Grace Fellowship. Justin received his formal education from East Texas Baptist University on the bachelor’s level, and Truett Baptist Theological Seminary and Dallas Baptist University on the graduate level. But his greater education has been from many years of ministry, loving and being loved by some incredible people that God has put in his path.
Justin has been brought to Crossroads to continue the amazing missions mindset that our church has been blessed with, train up pastors/church planters through our Pastor-In-Residence program and lead our church to partner with them to be effective for Christ, and help our family reach beyond the Crossroads walls into The Woodlands community.

Carlos Rodríguez, Pastor, Crossroads en Español (email)
Carlos has more than 20 years of experience in the ministry, he has served in different areas of the church. Raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. At the age of 15, he moved to San Francisco, California, where at the age of 17 he had his personal encounter with Jesus Christ, an experience that transformed him and led him to commit his life to serve God.
Carlos is married to Anielka and they have three children, Marcos, Jessica and Johanna. Carlos and his family moved to the Houston area in 2005 where God has used them to help grow some of the largest Spanish ministries in the area and have helped other churches with their Spanish ministries as consultants.
Carlos' passion is to fulfill Matthew 28: 19-20 by connecting all people with God, others, the ministry, and the world in a relevant and dynamic way.
