Living Sent Conference
Date: Sunday, March 24, 2019
The Living Sent Conference is a Sunday experience of worship and learning more about how to live on mission where God has planted us. Join us as we worship and dive deeper in small groups, and stick around after morning worship for lunch and extended learning in practical and powerful breakout sessions. Don’t miss the opportunity to get better equipped to live out the gospel in your daily life and context.
9:00 a.m. & 10:45 a.m. | Lee Strobel, Journalist and Author | Worship Center
9:00 a.m. & 10:45 a.m. | Ben Connelly, Speaker and Author | Connection Center | Displaying the Gospel: The gospel impacts every bit of our lives, and those everyday lives -- lived in the midst of an unbelieving world -- are often ways that God shines his light into the darkness. This session will explore our role as "God's priests" and our posture toward the culture and people around us.
12:00 – 12:45 p.m. | Lunch (registration required)
12:45 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Breakout Sessions (choose one)
Lee Strobel | Worship Center | Why Does God Allow Suffering
Ben Connelly | Connection Center | Sharing the Gospel: "Evangelism" is often one of the scariest words in Christianity. But if we focus on listening to people's stories and needs, and follow the Spirit, we can know winsome ways to share "the best good news" in every day, personal ways. This session helps us share the gospel, simply and well.
Hector Ahumada | Spanish Breakout Session
