We believe God is raising up the Church in every corner of the world. We are committed to mobilizing both our people and resources to be a part of God’s global purpose.

We want to play our part in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) by taking the name of Jesus to the nations of the world. We do this most effectively by partnering with other Christ-centered organizations around the world.

Crossroads invites you to GO 2019! We are excited about our mission opportunities locally, nationally, and internationally. Please prayerfully consider how you can get involved in this year’s GO!

Crossroads provides students and adults the opportunity to earn part of their mission trip funds by doing work for others. Crossroads will match the first 20% of all funds earned towards mission trips. What a great way to participate in impacting lives around the world.

Want to help someone earn funds for our 2019 Mission Trips? Hire a missionary for yard work, babysitting, pet sitting, house sitting, car washing, house cleaning, window washing, and minor household jobs.

Builders for Christ (Port Barre, Louisiana)
Trip Leader: Scott Sanders.
Dates: Jun 17-21
Cost: $225-275

BFC teams serve in the mission field of church construction by providing volunteer labor to help churches build their buildings. Our teams consist of volunteers from all walks of life and skill levels. Regardless of skill level, participants on the construction team help with a range of construction activities, such as interior framing, hanging drywall, roughing out electrical, carpentry, and other projects, with specific instruction and coaching as needed. Participants on the cooking team provide meals, snacks, and hydration breaks for trip participants. Other participants minister to the children of team members by leading Bible-based activities, crafts, and service projects.

This is a family-friendly mission trip! However, no one under the age of 18 may operate power-driven equipment or be on the roof at any time. Children under age 16 cannot be around any forklifts or cranes and must be accompanied by parent or grandparent while on the job. Younger children are essential in helping to keep the team hydrated and fueled with snacks, and there will be other activities for them as well.
