Rocky Gillmore, Worship Pastor
rocky.gillmore@crossroadstw.org
Rocky surrendered to full-time ministry in 1995, and he has been a part of the Crossroads staff since October 1995. Prior to joining Crossroads, Rocky worked in the corporate world as a CPA and attended a large church in the Houston area where he was deeply involved in the music ministry. On several occasions, Crossroads invited Rocky to lead music for special occasions. God placed a love in his heart for the church even before he surrendered to full-time service. Through prayer and seeking God's will for his family, it was obvious that Crossroads was where God wanted Rocky and his family to plant their lives and do Kingdom work.
Rocky earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from West Texas State University. Rocky is married to Sue, and they have two daughters and a son.

DISCIPLESHIP and ASSIMILATION ministry
|
Stan Sullinger, Discipleship and Assimilation Pastor
stan.sullinger@crossroadstw.org
Stan joined the Crossroads staff in August of 2004. After working in church ministry for 30 years and serving in three wonderful churches with long histories and many meaningful traditions, Stan was motivated by the prospect of helping a younger church establish discipleship and assimilation ministries that would compliment the traditions of love and caring that Crossroads Adult Bible Fellowships and home groups are known for. Our new church facility, along with our tradition of transparent connection, points to a bright future for Christ here in The Woodlands area.
Stan received a B.A. in Church Recreation from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO and a M.R.E. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. Stan also earned his Certification in Gerontology from Baylor University in Waco, TX. He is married to Kima and they have a daughter and a son.

Morris Horner, Missions and Community Outreach Pastor
morris.horner@crossroadstw.org
Morris joined the Crossroads staff in March, 2010. Prior to joining Crossroads staff, Morris had served in churches in North Carolina, Florida, and Texas, as a Single Adult Pastor. During his years of serving as a Single Adult Pastor, Morris had many opportunities to lead local, stateside and international missions. The highlight of these years was a long term project in San Jose, Costa Rica.
In 2007, God called Morris to serve full-time to mobilize people to be on mission with Him. He had the opportunity to serve as Associate Pastor of Missions at Champion Forest Baptist Church. His focus was on community and national missions. During this time, he worked with many local ministries. On the national level one of his passions is to work with church plants in more frontier regions of our nation.
Morris’ passion is to assist Crossroads to be an externally focused church that compassionately meets the needs of the people and communities outside the walls of our church.
Morris is a native of Tennessee. He received a B.S. in Elementary Education from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, TN and an M.A.R.E. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX.

Chris Willingham, Student Ministry Pastor
chris.willingham@crossroadstw.org
Chris is a native Texan with a passion for youth and their families. He came on staff at Crossroads in July of 2009. Chris has also served as the youth pastor at Cornerstone Baptist Church of the Woodlands and Community Baptist Church in the Woodlands. Chris received his BSE from East Texas Baptist University in 1995 and used his love of teaching to minister to youth while working in the public schools. He is currently attending Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary working towards a Master's of Christian Education.
When not working with teens and their families, Chris loves to hang out with his family. He has been married to Marie for 15 years and has 2 boys, Ryan and Josh. He also loves all things "history" and is a self proclaimed "tech junkie". Chris' dream for the students of Crossroads is that they would become fully developed disciples of Christ with a passion for the lost and love for other believers. In the spirit of Romans 12:2 , his prayer is that students would no longer conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of their minds. Then they will be able to test and approve God's good, pleasing and perfect will.

KIDS ministry

Curtis joined the staff in June of 2009. Curtis previously served as Children’s Pastor at First Baptist Church Eugene in Eugene, Oregon and prior to that at Eagle Heights Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Curtis began having a burden for children while interning at Sutherlin Family Church where he met his wonderful wife who was on staff. Over the years Curtis has learned that church needs to be fun and exciting for kids but the number one priority is making sure that every kid is given individual attention. Curtis has two young boys who are a wonderful blessing to him and his wife, Linda.
Curtis received his Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Studies at Moody Bible Institute Chicago, IL. He also earned a Masters of Divinity at Multnomah Biblical Seminary in Portland, OR.
